Return & Refund POlicy
Thanks for shopping at Naomi Wynters. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
If there's something wrong with the products you bought, or if you're not happy with it, you have seven days to issue a refund and return your item.
If you would like to return the product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
Product must be unopened and in original packaging.
-if a wig must not have cut lace or cut style. (Must be unworn/used)
-cannot accept returns on cosmetic, eyeshadow, lipsticks etc that have been opened and used.
We at Naomi Wynters commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspect, checked for defects and package with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in her stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimidated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchase via online payment, not cash on delivery, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry our thorough quality check before processing the order item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won't get damaged during transit. Please know that Naomi Wynters is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your return product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Naomi Wynters is not responsible for return shipping cost. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping and return.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Naomi Wynters may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we're building them as fast as we can. Naomi Wynters reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Naomi Wynters confirms your order but subsequently learns that he cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Naomi Wynters will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via USPS. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
We ship internationally contact for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
