Life lately.

It’s a tough pill to swallow when you start to realize that maybe the safest way to live… is alone. As you get older, it becomes clearer that finding someone genuine to build a life with is becoming more rare. Too many people are caught up in themselves, still chasing empty thrills, stuck on someone from their past, or simply not ready. Some come into your life just enough to create confusion — they want you, but not enough to choose you… and yet, they won’t fully let you go either.
We’re living in a time where toxicity is almost glorified, and it’s heartbreaking to admit that sometimes, staying single is the only way to truly protect your peace and mental well-being. Relationships today feel nearly impossible — real honesty, consistency, and healthy communication are hard to come by.
And perhaps the hardest part of it all is knowing exactly what you bring to the table… but never finding a table that’s truly ready for it. So, you build your own, learn to sit and eat alone.
